Incoming/Outgoing Mail Server Name

This is the server used for the incoming/outgoing mail server for POP3 or IMAP. Typically this should be the users's domain with a mail subdomain like: mail.userdomain.com but the names of our shared hosts are also suggested here to deal with SSL issues with certificates.

Generates a direct link to the instructions, you must provide all data components in order for this to be useful to the customer.

Lock Provided Values for Customer

When generating the link for the form, it prevents the customer from editing the values provided so that they only fill in the fields that are left incomplete.

Generates a link to a form that allows the customer to fill in missing values, such as their user name, while all other values are pre-filled and/or hidden from view (see the lock option above).
